Positive: The house is spacious with huge windows to enjoy the morning view and the yard is very peaceful. It's prefect for my family size. There is a working hot tub.Though the jets were not strong, the hot tub works.
Negative: There was a musty smell when we first arrived. We opened the windows and aired out the smell. The grill didn't have any propane and it was a little dirty. After filling the tank and cleaning the burners, grill operated just fine. It wasn't a big deal handling the refill ourselves. The home does not have good service/internet/mobile. We had to use Wi-Fi calling. The landlines phone did not work.

Positive: Big yard and has great blocking from high winds. Hot tub is aged jets aren't strong some don't even work but hot tub works. Huge kitchen and ample living space for people to hangout with dogs roaming around even tho not allowed upstairs. Supply of all necessities was surprising, they had ample towels stocked, all paper necessity like toilet paper etc. Pretty much only need to pack clothes, beach stuff, food and sleeping stuff even tho is provided but if wanted bring your own (blankets pillows etc). Everything else is provided here including access to vacuum cleaner, plenty of pans plates glasses etc.
Negative: Upstairs carpet is rough, in left corner of loft area there's rot forming and a huge hole in the ceiling as well as very unstable floor and railing; if adult can feel the floor bounce when step on it or kids bounce excitingly,, need to be aware of lil children upstairs or i can forsee issues forming. If the door is closed and coming down stairs you can't reach the bottom of stairs, need to open door from 2nd or 3rd stair. Master bedroom bed seems like it's just a stack of comforters on pillows, pretty much roll into the middle with your significant other.
Summary: This place is worth the money, few age signs here and there but very updated, comfy, fam friendly

Negative: run down, needed upgrades as well as curtains on the windows. pictures were very deceiving and taken years ago

Positive: The house was really comfy and nice. Beds were comfortable. Nice location was close to everything. Kitchen was nice. Big house everyone was able to have plenty of privacy
Negative: From description thought house would be more on the beach. Lots of Spiders and spider webs. Towels smelled of mildew.jets on hot tub were barely working but tub was nice and hot. Was just very dark at night And we all couldn't find a light switch around tub for above light.
